Our Guarantee

We guarantee this puppy to be free of all Communicable Disease for a period of 10 days from the sale date stated in the sale record from Marlen Puppies. Buyer must take their new puppy for a wellness health check to the Vet of their choice within 48 hours of arrival to your home and at your expense. We guarantee for one year only from the pups date of birth against a Veterinarian’s diagnosis of congenital death.

We must have a Veterinarians statement of such defects that were not noted on the puppy’s health check by our vet before we will consider a replacement puppy with equal or greater value as soon as possible. At the new owners expense including new shipping charges and the shipping of the defective pup back to us. After the puppy leaves our facility we can no longer be responsible for any kind of accident or contagious disease or other problems contacted outside our immediate and direct control.     

We do not guarantee size or show quality.  We do give you weights of parents but that does not guarantee the size of the puppy.  We do not guarantee for “HYPOGLYCEMIA ISSUES” We do give you information on how to avoid it. 

LIFE THREATENING GENETIC DEFECTS

We will replace your pup if it is found to have a deadly or life restricting genetic defect within the first year of life. Exclusions are as follows: kennel cough, bronchitis, respiratory infection, ear mites, monorchid, cryptorchid, undershot, overshot, show-breed-field (or lack of), parasites (interior or exterior), and hernias (known or unknown).

Puppies with limited registration will be replaced with puppies with limited registration. Buyer must return the registration papers, provide a letter from their vet stating the defect found, vets name, address and phone number before the puppy will be replace. If the puppy dies or was put down the buyer will show proof of death before a replacement puppy will be sent.

THE SELLER RESERVES

The right to refund the purchase price only (no shipping charges)  If we cannot provide a replacement puppy due to unforeseen circumstances the buyer should be prepared to wait for the new puppy as it may not be ready for sometime.  Buyer is responsible for all transportation fees on original puppy and replacement puppy transportation costs. Seller will not be responsible for vet bills or other bills once the puppy leaves the seller.

We may as the buyer to turn the puppy over to a rescue for further care and treatment instead of returning the pup back to us. If the buyer refuses to turn the puppy over to the rescue, this guarantee is null and void.

IN CASE OF THE PUP’S DEATH THE MICROCHIP MUST BE RETURNED WITH A VET STATEMENT   !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If this puppy shows an indication of poor health within the first week, we must be contacted and the puppy must be taken to a vet for necessary treatment. Failure will cause this guarantee to become null and void.

BUSINESS ORIGIN

It is agreed and understood that the execution of this agreement involves a transactions of business within the State of Missouri and the laws of the State of Missouri will govern the interpretation of this agreement. No other statements implied or otherwise are valid to this contract.

Buyer agrees to the terms of this contract with deposit or payment for the puppy.
